Since 1962 the Ruidoso Horse Sale Company has offered for sale the highest quality Quarter Horse yearlings through its’ Select Yearling Sale. Since then, two other sales have been added: The New Mexico Bred Sale and the Foal-In-Utero Sale. Mr. Lowell Neumayer is the long-time sale manager, assisted by Dianne Reed and Walt Wiggins.
